Google Remarketing
Why am I seeing ads by Google for Services I’ve viewed?
Our Services uses a remarketing advertising service. Our remarketing service is provided by Google and other companies that show our ads on websites across the Internet. With remarketing you may see ads for our Services you have previously looked at. As an example, suppose you visit a website that sells computers, but you do not buy a computer on your first visit to that website. The website’s owner might like to encourage you to revisit his/her site and buy a computer by showing you his/her ads again on other websites that you visit. We use remarketing for similar purposes. For this to happen, Google will read a cookie that is already in your browser, or they place a cookie in your browser when you visit our site or other sites using remarketing. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies and remarketing at this link: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en or you can opt out using the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page at: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/
Facebook Remarketing
Third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from our Services and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. With Facebook remarketing you may see our ads on Facebook after you have used our services. For this to happen, Facebook uses unique cookies that are activated and placed in a visitor’s browser when they land on a webpage. Facebook lookalike audience targeting allows us to show ads on Facebook to people who are similar to those who have already visited or made a purchase from our Services. To opt out of Facebook’s collection and use of information for ad targeting visit: https://www.facebook.com/help/568137493302217

Our Services use other remarketing services besides Google and Facebook. Some of these other companies include but are not limited to Instagram.com, Twitter.com, AdRoll.com, and others. With remarketing you may see ads for our Services you have previously looked at. For this to happen, remarketing companies will read a cookie that is already in your browser. All real estate investing involves risk which is 100% assumed by the buyer. No investment returns can EVER be guaranteed by ANYONE. Maverick Investor Group, LLC makes no statements, representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind about any actual returns or earnings that you will experience from purchasing real estate. There are many variables in real estate investing that can significantly affect your returns. For example, home prices can decline; your property could rent for less than you expect; it can take longer to rent your house than you expect and you can have more frequent tenant turnover than you expect, thus increasing your vacancy period; repairs and maintenance expenses as well as capital improvements required on your property can be higher and more frequent than you anticipate; a tenant can default on the rent, require eviction, or damage your property; tax laws can change at any time affecting your tax benefits; mortgage rates can rise at any time, and inflation can fluctuate as well. This is just to name some of the risks and variables that can adversely affect your anticipated returns. While the earnings potential for some rental properties is very encouraging, results can vary drastically and no specific financial returns, earnings or performance expectations can EVER be guaranteed. Any examples we have provided should not be interpreted as any guarantee of earnings. Real estate investing is unequivocally NOT a “get rich scheme” and we make no warranty or guarantee of any kind that you will experience any specific level of earnings when purchasing real estate. You have the DUTY to conduct your own, independent due diligence, consult with your own professional advisors about your individual situation, applicable law, risk tolerance, investment goals, etc., and determine which, if any, real state buying opportunity is right for you.
