Who is Maverick Investor Group?
Maverick Investor Group, LLC is a real estate brokerage that works with an exclusive clientele on an invitation-only basis. We present unlisted real estate deals with prices and terms that are not available to the public. Our community of real estate agents and investors is comprised of people at all different experience levels who are committed to supporting each other in building and sharing great wealth.
Maverick DealsTM are rigorously analyzed, negotiated, structured and designed to accelerate the wealth building velocity of our clients. Our deals are presented as private buying opportunities whereby everyone can purchase and individually own properties in order to reap the full financial benefits of owning real estate (tax advantages, depreciation, etc). There is never any pooling of money or securities offered through Maverick, nor is there any money handled by Maverick. All buying opportunities are for deeded freehold real property whereby each buyer contracts directly with the seller and sends money directly to the Title Company. Maverick is "referring" potential buyers only and does not represent the buyers or the sellers in any capacity.

- Buying Wholesale, Not Retail: Our ability to refer multiple buyers to purchase their own property from the same developer is an incentive for the developer to offer everyone a better deal because the developer can move property in bulk and save substantially on advertising, marketing, holding costs and other normal overhead. This is how we are able to consistently get discounted prices and favorable terms that are not available to the public and that would not be attainable by an individual buyer. We deliver built-in equity positions to ensure that our clients make money when they buy.
- Buying In Aggressive Growth Markets: We negotiate premium deals in emerging real estate markets where economic indicators anticipate substantial appreciation. This way our clients can keep their money in the hottest real estate markets and consistently ride sustained waves of appreciation.
- Turn-Key Investing, Not Landlording: We build and maintain a full team on the ground in every market where we structure a deal, including professional property management options, so our clients can comfortably invest out-of-state. Accelerated wealth building requires avoiding the trap of landlording.
- Using a 'Deal Finding System': Traditional methods of buying rental properties are extremely time consuming for the individual investor. Since we do all the market research, negotiations, deal structuring, and selecting of preferred lenders and property managers, our clients have the time to design their lifestyles and pursue their dreams.
