Maverick Deals
Maverick DealsTM are stringently analyzed and screened. Each deal is extensively researched—ranging from the economic indicators and demographic trends in the real estate micro-market to the track record and references of the builder with whom we are working. At least thirty or forty deals are vetted before one makes it all the way through the screening process.
In order for a deal to be presented to our clients, the principals of the Maverick Investor GroupTM have to be excited about investing our own money into the deal, and we have to be willing to encourage our mothers to invest their retirement money into the deal. If those criteria cannot both be met, the deal will not be presented.
